At Fiamma Ristorante, we believe that two things are essential to an Italian household – family and food. Since our opening in 2009, Fiamma has been a mainstay of Italian cuisine in the city, inspired by the cuisine of the Puglia Region of Italy, where our family is from. Puglia is a major producer of olive oil and durum wheat, making it the home of some of Italy’s most famous pasta and bread. Our philosophy is simple: to make meals that are fresh, flavorful, and perfect for sharing with those that you love. Our interior has been re-imagined to create an inviting atmosphere for family-style feasting, along with a selection of unique wine offerings.
